When using machine, keep machine pan clean, electric connect well. Then adding frying sugary liquid, wait 2 minutes until it begins frost, stirring it to make slush ice. If you want to make ice roll, flatten material, freezing a while, then shovel down at same direction to make ice roll. Notes: pay attention to freezing time avoid freezing too hard.
