GG-202P Fried Ice Cream Machine has double compressors, double pans type.
Two pans are supplied cooling separated compressor and control different witches(start, defrost, close bottom). You can choose to work one pan when client is little, choose to use two pans when busy. Before using machine, check it pan, keep pan clean, check power and ensure it connect well. Then open machine, adding frying material, wait a while, when material begin to frost, stir it until finish frying. Notes: Don’t close and open machine frequently.
