Processing Introduction:
1. 200L copper cooker
Description: This product has the feature of melting sugar,good insulation , simple/easy operation, convenient maintenance, low failure rate and long service life, It is an indispensable equipment in the candy production line.
2. 200L Storage Tank
Its heating system is heating the water ,then keep the temperature of the syrup at the demanded temperature. This part operate easily and convenient
Material: stainless steel304；Joint pints: stainless steel. Valve included.
Function: Converying the dissolving syrup to the storage tank and keep the temperature at 100℃ for preparation of the depositing.
3. Continuously vacuum cooker
This cooker is comprised of an insulated steel steam pressure vessel, one variable speed product dosing pump, a syrup heating coil, s steam extraction chamber and two receiving vessels, all of which are mounted on a common base plate. The special designed continuously vacuum cooker can guarantee the quality of the condensed syrup with stably running, sanitary and humanization designing, and easy to operate and maintain.
4. Cooling platform
Description: It is used for cooling the sugar after cooking by circulating water.
5. Double roll flattening machine
Description: This machine can presses evenly cream candy, peanut cream candy, sesame sheet, chewing gum.
6. Shaping and splitting machine
Description: This machine can shape and split cream candy, peanut cream candy, sesame sheet, chewing gum, such as: rectangular, square etc. It is featured with continuous production and high output.
